Recent amendments to the Florida Statutes, Section 718, requires condominium communities with more than 150 units to provide a community website with the following content no later than July 1, 2018:

Recorded Declaration and each amendment

  • Recorded Bylaws
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Rules
  • Management agreement and all contracts
  • Summaries of bids
  • Annual budget
  • Annual Financial report
  • Certification of each director
  • Any contract or document regarding a conflict of interest
  • Notice of any unit owner meeting 14 days prior- Has to be placed on the front page of the web site
  • Any document to be considered and voted on
  • Notice of any Board meetings
