Kevin Brown has practiced in the property management industry for 15 years. He began his career as a leasing agent in rental management. Kevin later made the move to association management when he was appointed the community manager of a large HOA comprised of 5 sub-associations consisting of condominiums and townhomes in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He transitioned into high-rise management where he further developed his skill-set for large, complex building operations. Kevin has worked in executive positions for two of the country’s largest national community association management companies, both in Philadelphia and in Florida, giving him a unique perspective on how a local company can deliver superior services. Most recently, Kevin served as CEO of the largest privately-owned community association management company in the Philadelphia market with over 150 associations under contract. Kevin is a people person who likes to work closely with his clients and employees to ensure that quality services are delivered consistently.
Keith Heatly, LCAM- General Manager
Keith Heatly has been successfully working in the property management industry for more than 10 years. Keith’s rich background includes commercial, residential, and community association management. Keith is able to apply his experience and knowledge from all facets of his experience to his current role as the General Manager of a large high-rise community located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Prior to beginning his career in property management, Keith worked in the management of restaurant operations.

Leslie Larzelere, LCAM, CMCA®, began her career in property management as a leasing agent and quickly worked her way through the ranks to become a Regional Manager overseeing a number of communities and managers. Leslie has honed her expertise in the business around the implementation of solid, quality management programs for her clients and the training and team-building of the staff members she oversees.
Eve Pennington, LCAM, CMCA, AMS, PCAM- General Manager
Eve Pennington is a Florida Native who has been in the property management industry for more than 35 years. She has worked for two National Companies, Trammell Crow Residential and Equity Residential as a Florida Regional Manager specializing in upscale residential communities. Midway in her career, she worked with a local Condominium Developer as Vice President of the Management Team, involved with the entire development process from purchasing the raw land through construction and association turnover. Eve has a Florida Real Estate License, AMS, CMCA, and PCAM designations. She is very service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. She always strives to create a wonderful lifestyle experience for the condominium communities she manages.

Jill Silverman, LCAM, CMCA, AMS, PCAM- General Manager
Jill Silverman, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, has managed the Vinoy Place Condominium Association, a luxury high-rise property in downtown St. Petersburg, FL, since January, 2009. Prior to that, she served as Director of Community Development for a large condo conversion property overseeing property management for the Developer. Jill transitioned into condo management in 2005 after having worked in international client services and human resources in several industries. Jill has a passion for community development, cross-cultural communication and infrastructure and she delights in building long-term relationships with residents, contractors and members of the broader community. Jill relocated from New York, NY to St. Petersburg, FL in 2003.

Laura relocated to Florida from Philadelphia in 2011 where she brought with her a well-rounded skillset attained while working for a non-profit organization. Laura has served as the Community Administrator at Vinoy Place since January, 2017. Laura’s background in computer science, her sharp eye for detail and her handiness is put to good use on a daily basis. She enjoys the daily challenges inherent in condo management. Her superb organizational skills have been instrumental in improving the operational efficiency of the management program at Vinoy Place.
